Handyman / Handywoman

Looking for experienced reliable and skilled handyman / handywoman. Must have own vehicle and general tools. Part time and full time available. Pay is roughly $8 - $12 per hour plus bonuses. Pay based on experience. Background in home remodeling and rental inspections a bonus. General duties include:  cleaning, painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, general carpentry and the ability to handle a variety of repairs on budget in a timely manner.  ( retired or seniors, welcome to apply )

Property managers work independently and perform the following duties:
Marketing the property for rent/lease
Conduct showings to prospective tenants
Screen tenancy applications and qualifications
